My company is entitled to deduct input tax in accordance with § 15 of the German Value Added Tax Act.
As far as my company has the possibility to deduct input tax according to § 15 UStG or is otherwise entitled to a refund of sales tax, only the charges (prices without sales tax) may be taken into account.

I agree that, in addition to the information and disclosure obligations vis-à-vis the HCB regulated in No. 7 ANBest-P, funding-specific information such as, in particular:
I hereby consent to the processing of all personal data required by the Hamburg Convention Bureau in the course of applying for, implementing and monitoring funding (in accordance with Art. 6 DSGVO).
I agree that the data stored in the course of applying for and processing funding may be evaluated for the purposes of statistics and success monitoring in the sense of accompanying monitoring and/or ex-post evaluations of the effectiveness of the funding programme, and that results may be published in compliance with data protection regulations. In order to carry out the evaluations, the funding body may pass on the relevant data to an external body commissioned with the evaluation. This external body may contact the grant recipients for the purposes of the evaluation.
I am aware of the guidelines of the City of Hamburg's funding programme "Policy Acquisition Business Events".
